DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes! Gift certificates are available for purchase in store. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash and Apple Pay.

DO YOU PROVIDE CONSERVATION FRAMING SERVICES?

While we only use acid free materials in our process, We will happily upgrade your framing to museum practices upon request.

WHAT IS YOUR NORMAL TURN AROUND TIME?

Typically our turn around time would be two to three weeks, but we try very hard to accommodate any deadlines that are expressed.

Product availability will impact lead time.

DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION SERVICES?

While we do not offer installation, we do have a list of highly qualified suggestions. 

What types of items can you frame?

We can frame artwork, photos, memorabilia, prints, certificates, and more. If you’re unsure whether an item can be framed, just bring it by and we’ll help figure it out.

How should I prepare my item before bringing it in?

Bring your artwork, photos, or memorabilia as is — we’ll measure it and talk through frame and mat options together. If your piece is fragile, packaging it safely for transport is recommended.

Do I need an appointment to come in?

No appointment is required — walk-ins are welcome! If you’d like dedicated one-on-one design time, you can schedule a consultation. 

Can you print my photo and frame it?

Yes! We offer in-house printing up to *INSERT SIZE CAPABILITIES* and can coordinate larger print needs. 

Can I bring in a frame I already own for just glass or mat replacement?

We are happy to help with glass replacement and matting — bring your frame in and we’ll assess the best options for you.
